We are grateful for the efforts of our EarthEcho Water Challenge participants, sponsors, and partners who have taken action around the world to collect critically important water quality data and protect local water resources in their communities.
As we wrap up the 2018 monitoring season this month, we remind all EarthEcho Water Challenge program participants to log any un-entered water quality data through our EarthEcho Water Challenge database. Sharing data and results is a critical component to any scientific study. By logging your water quality data, you are joining over 1.5 million participants from 146 countries who have participated in the Water Challenge, collecting and sharing data on their local water quality while taking action to improve the health of their local waterways.
When entering your data, you can also share photos and stories of any action you and your fellow Water Challenge participants have taken to improve water quality in your community. We also encourage you to share highlights from your work on social media using hashtag #MonitorWater.
